We created Edwards Tree Care to bring a fresh and honest perspective to tree care in Central Ohio. Owner/Operator Tanner Edwards is an ISA Certified Arborist® with extensive education and experience in working with trees. He also possesses and maintains his ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification credential.
Our primary goal is the health of your trees. We do everything we can to meet the needs of our clients while also protecting one of our most precious resources. Providing quality customer service is just common sense to us. We will be genuine and honest in our reccomendations, and it's this kind of customer service and quality tree care that our clients have come to love.
We are a small, local, family business and we plan to stay that way.

Tanner Edwards is the founder and arborist behind Edwards Tree Care. He started his love of trees by going to The Ohio State University and receiving a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Forestry. From college he went on to a career with the United States Forest Service. He managed the forests of two different national forests: the Salmon-Challis in Idaho and the Manti-LaSal in Utah. He stayed with the USFS for four years before moving on to his next venture—returning back home to Columbus. In 2016 he began working for a tree service company to learn the ropes, then procured his Arborist certification, and continued to invest in himself and create Edwards Tree Care.
Tanner has spent his entire career as a thoughtful environmentalist. His ultimate goal is to care for the trees to which he’s dedicated his life; they’re not only the focus of his career, but his life’s passion as well. Tanner puts all of his tree expertise to use in order to determine what’s the best course of action for your specific trees. As a certified arborist, he wants to help your trees thrive to the best of their abilities; removal is always the last option. With his degree, certification, years of experience, and unmatched passion for trees, Tanner really sets himself apart from other tree service companies. He once used his knowledge and skills to manage the trees of our nation, and now he’s poised to do the same for you!
